The newlyweds want to use a wide variety of materials and colours to embellish the space. Since the wood flooring in the house is pre-built, a mixture of solid color and unique materials such as imitation stone art were used to add a sense of unity to the home. The unique effect of mixing textures are utilized in the master bedroom where different materials including black iron frame, glasses, solid-color furnitures are incorporated for a cohesive interior design that works well to creates an effortless balance for the whole space.

The young couple enjoyed the beauty of nature when they lived abroad and hence they are in favour of using earth tones in their apartment located in Happy Valley. Earth tones colours are rooted in nature, soothing and tend to be quite versatile. The designer incorporated these colours to draw inspiration from the outdoors and to make the interior feel more homey along with the white marble feature wall in the living room to add a touch of modern design to the home.
